Make sure to tightly seal your exterior sewer cleans. Lose caps lead to vagrants mischviously dropping objects down it which can lead to a very expensive plumbing bill later like in the case of this property.

How about making sure windows don't leak and flood the tenants below you? Or does that cut into profits too much?
